Time flies, 2023 has quietly passed, and a brand new 2024 is waving towards us.

On January 27, 2024, the company welcomed its annual year-end party and commendation conference, which was held simultaneously at its Shenzhen headquarters, Hengyang Boulder, and Vietnam Boulder factories. Personnel from various factories gather together to start the annual celebration belonging to the Boulder people.

Firstly, on behalf of all shareholders of the company and the board of directors, I would like to extend my New Year's greetings to everyone in advance. Warm congratulations to the employees who are about to receive recognition.

Looking back on the past year, despite the changing market conditions, we have still achieved remarkable results and performance through the hard work of all employees.

The company's senior management meeting identified five major events in the past year: the Leiyang factory has completed the construction of a reliability laboratory and a specialized workshop for automotive products; The Longhua factory has completed the construction of a process platform for high-power flat wire products; The Vietnamese factory has officially passed Sony SPP certification, as well as factory certifications from customers Danfoss and Jinglang; The Shenzhen headquarters has obtained the 2023 Shenzhen 'Specialized, Refined, Unique and New' certification for small and medium-sized enterprises; The company signed a land purchase contract with the German British company in Vietnam and confirmed the plan to invest in the construction of a second factory in Vietnam's Fushou.

2024 is the first year of our 2310 plan implementation, the year with the highest sales target growth rate in many years, and also the year we expect the most intense market competition.

In addition to our daily business operations, there are several major things we need to do in 2024: building a new Vietnam Fushou factory; Leiyang factory has passed IATF16949 certification and built its own photovoltaic power station; The headquarters has completed the relocation of the factory area.

Despite fierce competition and a long road ahead, I believe that through our unremitting efforts, we will overcome difficulties and take the company's development to a new level.

Looking back on 2023, due to the unfavorable situation, the entire market was fiercely competing for orders, with blood pouring down our spines. We also spent 2023 almost in a state of overcapacity.

But in such a situation, the smooth transition of product transformation in the Chinese region has been highly recognized by customers in terms of product quality and collaborative cooperation. The company has won the Excellent Quality Award, Best Collaboration Award, and Collaboration Service Award from clients Huichuan, Tonghe, and Libang respectively.

Behind every crisis lies a huge opportunity, and being well prepared is the best time to overtake on the bend, turning danger into opportunity and achieving growth against the trend.

The company has launched the 2310 plan and made internal management adjustments. Going public is the first mid-term goal, which is not our choice, but a path that must be taken. To achieve such goals, it is necessary for each and every one of our employees to fulfill our mission of helping customers innovate and develop.
