First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the comrades of Boulder. The past year has been the first year of implementing our 2310 plan, and various market-oriented operation organizations of the headquarters have achieved certain results. Here, I would like to congratulate all organizations, including the administrative departments of the headquarters. All employees, you have worked hard for the past year. I would like to extend my greetings in advance and wish you all the best and good health in the new year.

Good afternoon, colleagues from Vietnam Company, Leiyang Company, and Longhua Corporation, respected Director Wang, distinguished guests, and everyone!

Corporation, respected Director Wang, distinguished guests, and everyone! Today, we gather together to review the past and commend the advanced. Firstly, I would like to extend my warm congratulations to the colleagues who have received recognition, and I also hope that those who have not won will continue to work hard! At the same time, we would like to express our gratitude to all our customers and supplier partners for their support and kindness towards Boduo Company over the past year. Thank you to every colleague for their hard work, you have worked hard!

In 2024, we witnessed several important moments together: the smooth relocation of the Shenzhen headquarters; The construction of a dust-free workshop for automotive products at Longhua Factory; The upgrading and renovation of the environment, warehouse, and fire-fighting equipment in the Leiyang factory area in Hunan has been certified by the IATF16949 system, making sufficient preparations for the mass production of General Motors products; The completion of the second factory in Vietnam and so on.

These achievements cannot be achieved without the joint efforts of everyone. The market-oriented operation of the internal organization launched by the company has also brought significant changes. Although there are still some details that need to be improved, the overall progress is encouraging, and sales performance has reached a historic high. At the same time, in the face of shortcomings, we also need to carefully analyze the reasons, formulate improvement measures, and solidly improve.

Looking ahead to 2025, opportunities and challenges coexist. Although the overall environment is difficult to change, we can meet challenges through our own efforts. Believe in our customers, supplier partners, and all colleagues, as long as we resonate with each other on the same frequency, we will definitely create a better future.
