The material of automotive products is selected and used based on AEC-200 reliability test requirement.

Regarding structural design of product, professional 3D design software was introduced 8 years ago.And now all kinds of transformers and inductors can be molded and designed skillfully by using the software, which make us form transformer and inductance model base of various structures. In the daily process of new product development, components or finished digital models can be selected from current model library to proceed with extensive design in order to improve the efficiency of new products development greatly and shorten development cycle.
